Tamnan Krasue/Demonic Beauty is a Thai supernatural horror film written and directed by Bin Banluerit. The film revolves around the krasue ghost legend and the story is set in Southeast Asian countries. It follows the tale of Princess Tarawatee who is taken prisoner by the Thai ruler after defeating the Khmer Empire. The ruler falls in love with her but becomes jealous when he sees her with another man, leading to their eventual punishments of beheading and burning at the stake. Meanwhile, the Princess learns of a young woman named Daow who bears a striking resemblance to her.
